2013 Plans

2013 brings a brand new year and all the plans, hopes and dreams that this entails. Recently back to Collingwood from an extended stay in south Louisiana, one of my personal plans is to bring to all of my past, present and future clients fresh new ways to chart your course and sail into the life you want. 2013 is the first year that I will be offering a blog as part of my website and I welcome input from each of you in terms of what you would like addressed. I have plans to explore various methods of breathing, meditation and self-hypnosis in this blog. Not only will I be offering short processes and some nifty little NLP techniques to up your self-confidence, perfect your golf game, and help you relax, but we may also discuss past life matters, karma, psychic phenomena, and any and all subject matter that I think you might enjoy. I will be soliciting interesting input from various sources, and I hope that you will find that my blog becomes a fascinating resource for you to access bi-weekly.

Check in frequently, as the first subject I will be offering up is “Self-Hypnosis in a Minute”, for the busy individual who wants specific outcomes, but perhaps have struggled to learn conventional meditation techniques.

Be back soon…………………

The human mind functions on at least two levels of awareness; the conscious mind and the sub-conscious mind. These two levels of awareness are complimentary and operate simultaneously. The conscious, analytical mind acts as a filter for incoming information. Comparatively, the sub-conscious mind has limited reasoning capabilities; it believes what it is told and proceeds to act on this information as though it were true. Continue reading
